What happens to your payment, your files and your account, in plain words.

Payments

Payments go through Stripe Checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers. Checkout has a human check and rate limits to stop card testing.

Your work is private

Everything you generate is private by default. A file is only served to the browser or account that made it; anyone else gets a not-found response. Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and all traffic uses HTTPS. Nothing is shown publicly unless a future feature asks you first.

Guests and accounts

A guest gets an anonymous session cookie, so work and credits belong to that browser. If you clear it, restore credits with your payment email on the restore page. The link we send is single-use and expires after 15 minutes.

Deleting your data

If you have an account, you can delete it under Settings, Security. For anything else, including removing generated files, ask through the contact form and we will do it. The privacy policy lists what we process and who else handles it.

Age

We do not offer accounts to children under 13. Checkout asks buyers to confirm they are 18 or older, or that a parent or guardian agreed, and the confirmation is kept with the purchase.
